Terms of Service

• Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
• Orders & Payment: We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders. Payment is due upon ordering unless wholesale net terms are agreed upon.
• Shipping & Risk: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
• Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and branding are the property of Airlift Coffee.
• Liability: Airlift Coffee is not liable for damages resulting from product misuse or inability to use the site.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.
