Peru – Dark Roast

This is my absolute go to for morning coffee! I use it with my espresso machine and it makes the best espresso shots. The coffee is strong, smooth, and full of flavor. It is the first coffee I’ve ever been able to taste the flavor profile stated. I also find this coffee to be very forgiving with pulling espresso shots as opposed to other coffees that require a lot more precision to pull a good shot.

We discovered Air Lift Coffee recently and LOVE it. The dark roast is superb. You can tell it is going to be excellent coffee when you open the bag and the aroma from the shiny beans hits your nose, but wait until you taste it. We use a French press and a medium grind for superior results.
